Add-on Sticky all pages 1.0

Makes sticky threads show on all pages.

Installation:

1. Download Andy-StickyAllPages-1.0.zip and unzip it.
2. Copy the src/addons/Andy/StickyAllPages directory to your server.
3. From the Admin Control Panel Install the add-on.

If you would like to have the sticky thread stand out by changing the background, add the following code to your extra.less template:
